Yes! And he wrote a really neat little poem to remember his visit to Alaska. They started out in June, traveling by car from Ocean Park, Washington up to Seattle to board a cruise ship, the Celebrity Infinity.
It was freezing cold in Ocean Park and they were afraid that the weather in Alaska might be even worse. But the farther north the ship traveled, the better the weather became. Go figure! Want to read his poem?
Ahhhlockshahhhkkk!!!
There is a place They call rainy and cold Where the snow does race And the wind is gold
Where the miners are poor But there is ever a tune Seeping under the door Of
Ahhhlockshahhhkkk!!!
When we started out From old Ocean Park We left with a pout Cause' it was so cold and dark We feared that the ship Might feel tiny and gloomy But on this rippin' trip The ship felt real roomy!
Ahhhlockshahhhkkk!!!
The Infinity flew Where glaciers give birth Where the hump back does spew And flaunt his wide girth
Where orcas and eagles Fly and cavort Like pigeons and beagles Thinking life is such sport
Ahhhlockshahhhkkk!!!
Just imagine us worrying That we might shiver While the north kept delivering Warm sun--like a river
In the jagged old north, it was almost too hot While in old Ocean Park That southerly spot It was ever so cold and dark
Ahhhlockshahhhkkk!!!

A Message From Chico Chihuahua
Hey kids, I see you met my friend Red Dog. He owns a saloon in Alaska but he never drinks the stuff--it's bad for we puppies.
I have lots of special doggy friends. I want you to meet two of them. Their names are Urie and Murrie.
I'm pretty sure they are dogs. They call themselves Prairie Dogs so they must be dogs, right? Oh well, it doesn't really matter. They are very cool.
They love to sing for the tourists that visit Alaska. This is a picture of Urie and Murrie singing "Camp Town Races" to the tourists visiting , Alaska. Doo dah....doo dah.........
